Tower Insurance plans to create 100 new jobs in Fiji in their 2023 Financial Year.

This was stated by Tower CEO Blair Turnbull, who says they now have almost 120 staff in Fiji working across every Tower business unit, double the amount of people they had in 2021.

Turnbull says last week, they announced their 2022 financial year results and were pleased to share they created more than 50 new jobs for local people.

The CEO says during his last visit to Fiji, he announced a recruitment drive to hire more than 20 new employees by the end of October, which they have done successfully.

He adds this is part of Tower’s plan to create 100 new jobs in Fiji, in 2023.

Turnbull says over the next financial year, they will continue to invest in their Fiji hub to reach this milestone, welcoming another 60-70 Tower team members in Suva, increasing the percentage of their Fijian-based workforce from 11% to 22% of the total Tower group staff.
