Top local players to feature in the Southern Business House Futsal League

Fans can expect to see a number of top soccer players at the Gokals, Ariston and Whirlpool Southern Business House Futsal League which kicks off at the National Hockey Centre today.

Players such as Sahil Dave, Filipe Baravilala, Meli Codro, Vineet Remueru Tekiate, Joeli Ranitu, Tevita Waranivalu, Simione Tamanisau, Madhwan Gounder and Akuila Mataisuva are all expected to feature for the Fiji Police side.

Pacific Customs Agencies Limited will have the services of Nasoni Mereke and Joseph Mishra.

32 teams have been confirmed for the open men’s division.

There are eight pools with four teams in each pool.

Tournament organiser Alan Kumar says the event will provide a good platform for social networking within the capital city while players and fans will get a chance to enjoy their favourite sport.
