Top local 7s teams to participate in the Serua 7s this weekend

Top local rugby 7s teams will be competing for the $5,000 prize money at this weekend’s 1st Fiji Bitter Serua 7s.

60 teams will be participating in three divisions, where 40 teams will compete in the men's division, 8 teams will compete in the women’s division and 12 teams will feature in the U18 to U21 division.

Top teams such as Army Green, Wardens Gold, DXC Barbarians, Ratu Filise, Veiqaravi Nadroga Navosa, EMS Tabadamu, LV Stingray, Kombat Uluinakau, Seniqumu Rugby, Veivatuloa, Druhacake Investment, Yaukuve Brothers, and Sidefloat Buliya have confirmed their participation.

$5,000 will be the prize money for the men’s division, and $800 will be the prize money for the women’s and U18 to U21 division.

Food stalls and entertainment will be provided at the 2-day tournament as top rugby 7s team displays their talent at its best.

The entry fee for adults is $5 and $2 for kids.

The Serua 7s will be held this Friday and Saturday.
