200 participants are expected to be part of the Top Executive Conference that will be held on the 28th and 29th of May at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa in Nadi.

Fiji Commerce Employers Federation Chief Executive Officer Kameli Batiweti says Nadi is one area that is severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the conference will ensure there is employment.

Batiweti adds its important that we support the “Love Your Locals” campaign to support people in Nadi.

He says they are expecting 18 speakers on both nights and 85 percent of them are confirmed while 15 percent are yet to be confirmed.

Batiweti says the main aim of the conference is to look at how businesses are doing and how they are coping with the current economic situation.

He adds this will also enable them to plan out a report for businesses post COVID-19.
