Tiktoker to be produced in court for allegedly causing harm by posting electronic communication

A woman will be produced in the Nadi Magistrates Court today for allegedly bullying others on TikTok.

She is charged with 2 counts of causing harm by posting electronic communication.

Police say the TikToker was allegedly misusing or was being irresponsible by creating hatred, using vulgar and degrading language and was bullying others on the virtual platform.

They say the woman recently came to Fiji from Australia.
