Minister for Home Affairs Pio Tikoduadua was shocked when it was revealed to him HLKJacobs Limited and Sanjay Kaba was the Project Manager for the newly built Nakasi Police Station however Kaba is asking why is the Minister shocked.

Engineers told Tikoduadua that Kaba was the Project Manager during the media tour of the Nakasi Police Station when the Minister asked about the local consulting engineer for the construction.

The newly built Nakasi Police Station will be home to 500 Police Officers with various units and holding cells for both males and females.

When asked by fijivillage News, Sanjay Kaba says they went through a tender process which was approved by the Government Tender Board.

He says they have been doing work for the Fiji Government for the last 20 to 25 years and they are not contractors.

We are currently trying to speak to Tikoduadua.
