National Federation Party President, Pio Tikoduadua says the deteriorating quality of the infrastructure under Minister for Infrastructure Jone Usamate’s charge is making people lose their marbles after Usamate had said there is a new disease in Parliament where people are losing their marbles.

Tikoduadua said this in Parliament while contributing to the debate on the Review of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport 2016/2017 Consolidated and 2015 Annual Reports.

Tikoduadua says there is a state of decay being faced by the people and Usamate actually feels fit to remark that the Opposition is losing it’s marbles when it is in fact the people who are losing their marbles.

He says commitments have been made for the reforms but up until now, people just do not seem to understand that the amount of money that was given is not translating to positive changes.
