The plea for 31-year-old Lui Bale Vuibureta, also known as XKON on TikTok, will take place on the 10th of December.
Vuibureta appeared before Chief Magistrate Josaia Waqaivolavola this morning.
He is charged with one count of causing harm by posting electronic communication.
It is alleged that on the 14th of September in the Western Division, Vuibureta posted a TikTok video with the intent to cause harm to Lynda Tabuya.
The State had told the court that they are still transcribing the video into English.
The defence counsel asked the court for 21 days for his client's plea.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Waqaivolavola also asked both lawyers to submit applications whether this case should be heard in the Magistrates Court or High Court.
Vuibureta's bail has been extended.
