31-year-old Lui Bale Vuibureta, also known as XKON on TikTok, will take his plea on the 19th of November.
The State filed amended charges this morning, removing counts two and three.
Magistrate Josaia Waqaivolavola asked defence counsel Eroni Navuda if he had any objections, and Navuda said he did not.
Vuibureta is now charged with one count of causing harm by posting electronic communication.
It is alleged that on the 14th of September in the Western Division, Vuibureta posted a TikTok video with the intent to cause harm to Lynda Tabuya.
Bail has been extended.
