Three players from Vanua Championship makes Fijian Warriors squad

The Shop N Save Fijian Warriors have named a 32-member squad to take on the Australian Country side next Thursday at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

The team includes a mix of experienced provincial players, along with three standout talents from the Vodafone Vanua Championship, including Sevuloni Tawake from Navosa, Savenaca Durusolo from Kadavu, and Amani Tunaka from Taveuni.

The squad comprises of 18 forwards including Nedly Grant of Nadroga, Mataiasi Tuisireli of Suva, Breyton Legge of Naitasiri, Josh Uluibau of Nadi, Joeli Nainoca of Suva, Osea Dasalusalu of Naitasiri, Sam Soqovata of Lautoka, John Muller of Naitasiri, Inoke Ravuiwasa of Suva, Michael Ferei of Naitasiri, Marika Natau of Naitasiri, Ebenezer Navula of Nadi, Sakiusa Vosayaco of Nadroga, Sosi Waqa of Suva, Isaia Lotawa of Ba, Allen Osborne of Ba, Ratu Peni Dekedeke of Ba and Tawake of Navosa.

The backline consist of Napolioni Batimala of Naitasiri, Netava Saukuru of Nadi, Meli Buinimasi of Nadroga, Ponipate Tuberi of Suva, Anare Tabukaucoro of Tailevu, Sefanaia Tokaduadua of Nadroga, Paul Dolokoto of Suva, Apimeleki Nasalo of Lautoka, Sivaniolo Lumelume of Suva, Emosi Nuku of Naitasiri, Durusolo of Kadavu, Tunaka of Taveuni and William Rhyland of Ba.

The Fijian Warriors are expected to field a strong combination of provincial experience and new talent as they prepare to host the Australian Country side next week.
