Thousands of people gathered to celebrate Labasa’s victory in the FMF Inter District Championship in Labasa Town this afternoon.
The float procession started from Sangam Nursing School to Labasa Extra Supermarket, where fans came with their families to celebrate the team’s achievement.
In an interview with fijivillage News, a Labasa fan says he came to interact with the players who won the IDC title after many years.
He says he has been waiting for the players since 9 this morning.
Labasa coach Ravneel Pratap says it’s a great moment for the football fans, and they would want them to be part of this beautiful celebration as it brings people together.
