Thompson Street traffic lights will be shut down for 3 weeks

The Fiji Roads Authority will be carrying out traffic signal upgrade works at Thomson Street MHCC Midblock in Suva from 7pm tonight and the works will continue for the next 3-weeks.

FRA says the traffic signal will be shut down during this period.

It says during this shutdown period, the old traffic signal system will change to a new system that will enhance safety for the pedestrians crossing.
