The COVID-19 14 days quarantine conditions will not change despite the vaccination status of an individual who is travelling to Fiji.

General Manager COVID Response Unit of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Ana Maisema says 949 people who have recently returned from overseas are in ten quarantine facilities.

She says 12,000 individuals have come through our borders since repatriation flights began last year while 90 yachts have come through under the Blue Lane initiative.

It has also been revealed that there is now only one border quarantine case of COVID-19 as three people have recovered.

A total of 34,346 laboratory tests for COVID-19 has so far been done.
