A taxi driver from Davuilevu has passed away after the vehicle he was driving veered onto the opposite lane and collided with a truck near Veisari.
Police say a post mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death as the taxi driver had a previous medical history.
They say the information gathered shows that he was returning from the Namosi area after dropping off passengers when he started to feel unwell.
