Former Fijian Drua Women’s captain Bitila Tawake and Karalaini Naisewa have been named in the 23-member team for the Vodafone Fijiana 15s that will take on the Wallaroos this Saturday.

Tawake will start at tight-head prop, with Tiana Robanakadavu at loose-head and Keleni Marawa at hooker.

Mereoni Nakesa and Asinate Serevi will partner at locks, while Nunia Daunimoala retains her position at blindside flanker, and Sulita Waisega is at openside flanker. Naisewa, who will captain the side, will start at number 8.

Evivi Senikarivi will partner with vice-captain Jennifer Ravutia at the halves, while Adita Milinia and Merewairita Neivosa are on the wings.

Liti Lawedrau and Atelaite Buna will start at the centres, and Luisa Tisolo will be at fullback.

The last encounter between the two teams was in May last year, where the Wallaroos emerged victorious with a 22-5 win. The Fijiana will take on the Wallaroos at 6.45pm Saturday.
