Well-known singer, Jay Tauleka is ready to take Fiji Showcase by storm with his unique voice and songs, after signing up with Communications Fiji Limited to take part in Fiji Showcase 2024.

Tauleka who hails from Namosi Koro, in Namosi, is eager to further stamp his mark in the biggest trade and entertainment show in the country.

Tauleka started singing and writing his own songs when he was 6 years old and says singing is his passion.

He says most of his songs are inspired by things that happen in our society, mostly about life stories of people and events that affect the people, and taking part in Fiji Showcase, is something that he loves because he is giving back to the people through his talent.

Tauleka's list of hit songs include Ika, Veretaki, Ka lo, Vakamawe, Se cava, Tudei, and Vakabauta.

Communications Fiji Limited General Manager Charles Taylor says we are glad to have Tauleka on board and take part in Fiji Showcase and says that he was impressed with his journey and songs which stood out during the Domo Vou singing contest.

Fiji Showcase will also feature other entertainers like Rogerio Piva from Brazil, Mr Mr from Australia and VOU with their Island Adventures and Flying Fijian show.

Fiji Showcase will start at 12pm Friday and run until the 13th of July at the Vodafone Arena.
