Taniguchi’s complaint against Professor Biman Prasad dismissed by FEO

Former provisional candidate of the National Federation Party Hiroshi Taniguchi

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem has dismissed the complaint made by Hiroshi Taniguchi against Professor Biman Prasad of the National Federation Party.

In determining the complaint, Saneem has found that it lacks any legal basis under the Electoral Act and therefore, the same has been dismissed and Taniguchi has been informed.
