TISI Sangam President Sadasivan Naicker.

Sangam College of Nursing students will not have to worry about looking for accommodation as TISI Sangam will be constructing a 100 room dormitory in Labasa.

TISI Sangam President, Sadasivan Naicker says there are about 300 students this year who have had to find their own accommodation.

He says the construction will cost upto $5 million and will see about 50 people in the Northern Division getting employment.

Naicker says tenders are yet to be called however, all plans for the project have been completed.

The first phase of the construction will see 50 dormitories completed for the students.

Construction will begin next year and students will begin occupying the dormitory from 2022.

Meanwhile, 200 students graduated from the College last week.
