Christmas has come early for Sofi Kuyt, a sweet seller in Savusavu when she was given the keys to a brand new 4 wheel drive Automatic Diesel Turbo vehicle that she won thanks to Nestlé.

Kuyt went into the draw after buying Nestlé brand coffee at a supermarket in Savusavu.

Nestlé held a 4 wheel drive Automatic Diesel Turbo 4x4 Bonanza Promotion where they rewarded their loyal customers who purchased any Nestlé products and got a chance to win this prize.

Kuyt, who is originally from the Caribbean and is now a Fijian citizen, says the win is a blessing for her as she went through a lot of agony and financial crisis after her husband left her and the children after they moved to Fiji.

She recalls whispering a prayer in Savusavu as she dropped her receipt into the draw bin, hoping to win the car to help her and her children rebuild their lives after battling a court case.

Kuyt says she sells sweets in Savusavu Town to make ends meet and she will definitely use the car to further boost her business.
