Suva to face Tailevu Naitasiri in Futsal IDC 2025 final

Defending champions Suva will battle Tailevu Naitasiri in the final of the Extra Futsal Inter-District Championship 2025 after a commanding 8-1 win over Lautoka in the second semi-final at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.

Suva took early control of the match with goals from Ramzan Khan and Rajneel Singh, going into the halftime with a 2-0 lead.

The capital side continued their dominance in the second half, with Shivnal Prasad, Filipe Baravilala, Aman Naidu, and Merrill Nand each scoring a goal, while Rajneel Singh added two more to secure the victory.

The lone goal for Lautoka was scored by Aron Naicker.

Meanwhile, Merrill Nand was named the Extra Player of the Match for his outstanding performance.

Tailevu Naitasiri also showed strong form in their semi-final match, defeating Labasa 4-1 to book their spot in the final.

Suva will take on Tailevu Naitasiri at 3pm.
