Suva-Rewa and Ba-Labasa to clash in Round 1 of VPL

The opening round of the Vodafone Premier League will see last year’s winner Suva take on runner-up Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Both sides ended the 2020 VPL season with 27 points however Suva won the title with a better goal differential.

Suva takes on Rewa on the 7th of next month.

In another interesting clash, Ba takes on IDC champions Labasa on the 6th of next month with the venue yet to be confirmed. In other matches Navua plays Lautoka while Nadi takes on Nadroga.

Meanwhile, Suva will take on Labasa in the first leg of the Pillay Garments Champion versus Champion series on the 29th of this month.
