Suva Grammar to battle Marist for 3rd and 4th place

The Suva Grammar School U18 side will play rivals Marist Brothers High School this Saturday, to determine who will be in the 3rd and 4th place going to the semi-finals of the Southern Zone Deans Competition next week.

The 5th and final pool rounds of the Southern Zone Division Deans competition will be held at the Buckhurst grounds.

Both Suva Grammar and Marist have 2 loses each going into the final pool stages.

Southern Zone President Master Rusiate Wadali says it is going to be an uphill battle for the team that loses as they will face the unbeaten Nasinu side in the semi-finals.

In other U18 matches, Nasinu Secondary School will play Ratu Simione Matanitobua College at 12.30pm while Mahatma Ghandi Memorial will face Lomary Secondary School at 1.30pm.

Both games will be held at Buckhurst Grounds.

In the Raluve Competition Suva Grammar School will play Namosi Secondary School at 8.30am, Lomary Secondary School will take on Namosi Secondary School at 10.30am, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial will face Ratu Simione Matanitobua College at 10.30am and Naitasiri Secondary School will play Suva Sangam College.

All games will be held at the Bidesi Grounds.
