The Suva Grammar School Under 18 side understands the threat their opposition will have tomorrow, even though the last two results in their pool games were in their favour.

Grammar has defeated Marist twice this season and both matches were closely contested.

Team Manager Bulou Vine says they are aware that Marist will prepare well as this is a do-or-die game for both teams.

She says they are aware of the threat that Marist will bring but they hope to replicate their performances during the pool stages where they won both games.

Vine says even though the results of the last two games were to their advantage, they know the Marist team will be more hungry for a win now.

She is urging the supporters to come out in numbers and support the Grammarian team and she also reminded the supporters that they are building on the character of the students which is paramount.

Grammar will take on Marist at 1.35pm in the third-place playoff of the Vodafone Southern Zone Deans Competition while MGM High School will meet Nasinu Secondary School at 4.20pm in the final.

MGM and Nasinu have gone through to the Deans national quarter finals while the third qualifier will be the winner of the Grammar vs Marist match.

Both matches will be held at the HFC Bank Stadium this Saturday.
