Stallions beat star studded Barbarians 17-12.

A star-studded LAR Barbarians struggled to find form against the Stallions losing 17-12 at the Fun Flavor Super 7s Series.

The Barbarians are laced with current and former 7s reps like Jerry Tuwai, Kaminieli Rasaku, Manueli Maisamoa, Vatemo Ravouvou and Semi Kunatani.

Rasaku scored a converted try early in the game to give Barbarians the lead while the Stallions scored just before the break to keep them in the game.

The second half was dominated by the Stallions who kept a struggling Barbarians outfit starved of possession and pinned them back in their own territory.

The Stallions sealed the win with a late try in the second half.

In other results, Josua Vakurunabili led by example with his brutal defence and straight running as Wardens beat Eastern Saints 12-7.
