It is a double celebration for the staff and management of Mechanical Service Limited today as they celebrate Fiji's 53 years of independence and also 53 years of the company’s service in the country.

Staff Ritesh Kumar says the celebration is a result of excellent practices and the processes that were carried out by their dedicated staff are of unsurpassed quality.

Kumar says their staff have shown the spirit of the Fijian people, the energy, drive and courage that takes to run a business and make it grow strong.

He says the quality and standard of their services have been recognised not only at the national level but also at the international level.

He adds that Fiji Day has allowed them to come together as one in pride and happiness by celebrating their success.

During their celebration, the staff also had a traditional sevusevu ceremony, meke and a flag ceremony with all staff singing the national anthem.
