Speight to start on wing while Filipo Daugunu is on the bench for the Reds

Fiji born Henry Speight will start on the wing while Filipo Daugunu is on the bench for the Reds as three changes are made to their starting XV for tonight’s clash against the Crusaders in Christchurch.

Isaac Lucas will wear the number-ten jersey for the second time this season with James O’Connor a late withdrawal due to an ankle injury.

Scott Malolua will start at scrumhalf in a new-look halves combination alongside Lucas, while Lukhan Salakaia-Loto also comes into the starting side at lock.

Reds Coach, Brad Thorn says the Crusaders are a tough opposition and there is no better test thanb to play against best team in Supper Rugby.

Fiji born All Blacks player, Sevu Reece has been named in the starting 15 for the Crusaders.

The Crusaders will take on the Reds at 6.05 tonight.

The Sunwolves will take on the Brumbies at 3.45 this afternoon, the Waratahs will face the Chiefs at 8.15 tonight, the Hurricanes will play the Blues at 6.05pm tomorrow, the Rebels will face the Lions at 8.15pm tomorrow, the Sharks will take on the Jaguares at 1.05am Sunday and the Bulls will play the Highlanders at 3.15am Sunday.
