Skipper Cup defending champions, Nadroga say they are ready for their opening match against Macuata this weekend in Sigatoka.
Nadroga Vice President, Velemani Latilevu says the team has been training together for the past two months.
Latilevu says majority of their players are under the age of 30, as they are utilising players from their U20 side who are now over 20 years old to play in the senior team.
The Vice President also highlighted that the players are constantly reminded to demonstrate good sportsmanship, as it will help take them further, to the national level and potentially onto the international rugby stage.
Nadroga will meet Macuata at Lawaqa Park on Saturday.
In other round one matches, Ba will take on Suva, Lautoka to play Nadi, Naitasiri faces Malolo while Tailevu will host Vatukoula.
