Sivo, Blake and Lumelume to start for Eels in NRL opener

Maika Sivo, Waqa Blake and Isaac Lumelume have been named in the starting line-up for the Parramatta Eels when they take on the Melbourne Storm in the 2023 NRL Premiership opener tonight.

Lumelume joins the starting line-up in place of Bailey Simonsson, who is supposed to make his return to rugby after suffering a shoulder injury last season.

Other players in the starting 13 include Dylan Brown, Mitchell Moses, Junior Paulo, Josh Hodgson and Matt Doorey.

The Eels will meet the Storm at 9 tonight.

In other matches, the Wariors will face the Knights at 7pm tomorrow, and the Panthers will take on the Broncos at 9.05pm tomorrow.
