When you love what you do and you love who you do it with, it is no longer work.
These were the words of Fiji Water Flying Fijians coach Simon Raiwalui after he posted up a video of the team having a bit of a dance during training and also having fun games between players coming from the Burebasaga, Kubuna and Tovata confederacies.
Raiwalui says huge credit goes to their performance staff and the work they are doing.

Their performance team is led by Strength and Conditioning veteran David Silvester, Naca Cawanibuka and Ben Cousins.
Fiji play Georgia at 3.45am Sunday.
Japan is currently playing Samoa.
New Zealand will take on Italy at 7am tomorrow, Argentina will play Chile at 1am Sunday, and Scotland will face Romania at 7am Sunday.
