Shop N Save Supermarket is the new major sponsor for the Fiji Warriors as they prepare for the Australian team touring Fiji later this month.

FRU Acting Chief Executive Officer, Koli Sewabu acknowledged the continued support from Shop N Save and says that this partnership marks another significant milestone in the company's long-standing commitment to supporting rugby in the country.

Sewabu says Shop N Save played a key role in the Fiji Water Flying Fijians Pacific Nations campaign, where they hosted a vibrant pre-game jam event featuring the popular InsideOut band before the Tonga match and bringing fans together in a celebration of rugby and music.

He adds that their support has also extended to Northern Tour last year, where they provided valuable assistance to the Flying Fijians, and again further demonstrating their unwavering commitment to the sport and its best supporters.

Sewabu says their partnership is more than just a partnership itself, it is a reflection of the deep bond between rugby and the Fijian community.

He says their investment strengthens the connection between the players, the fans and our local communities.

He adds it also supports the FRU's pathway programmes, like the Fijian Warriors, and contributes to the exposure of our local players to regional and international competitions.
