School term dates confirmed for the 2022 academic year

The Ministry of Education confirms that Term 1 of the 2022 academic year will be from April 11th to July 8th for Early Childhood Education to Year 13.

The end date for Term 4 of the 2021 academic year is 1st April 2022 for Early Childhood Education to Year 11.

For Years 12 and 13, the end date of the 2021 academic year is 18th February 2022 after their external exams.

Term 2 of the 2022 academic year for all levels will be from July 18th to October 6th and the final term for 2022 will be from October 17th to December 16th.

This is based on the Ministry of Education circular released to all Heads of Schools by the Permanent Secretary for Education, Doctor Anjeela Jokhan.

The Ministry will notify the Heads of Schools should there be any change in the 2022 school term dates.
