As prospective students gear up for the next academic year, Fiji National University is offering an exciting opportunity to explore a wide range of programmes and meet with academic representatives.

FNU students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Studies recently celebrated Housekeeping Week at the Nasese Campus, showcasing their skills and passion for the hospitality industry.

In a statement, FNU says through innovative displays and hands-on demonstrations, students highlighted the dedication and craftsmanship that define their field.

They say the vibrant display is a preview of the excitement to come at this week's FNU Open Day, which will feature the theme “Dream It, Weave It, Achieve It.”

Marica Volau, a Certificate in Accommodation and Housekeeping III student says when an individual graduates from this course, many doors will open.

Volau says after completion of the course one can work in hotels, on cruise ships, or as a cabin attendant.

The FNU Open Day will be held from the 3rd to the 5th of October across various campuses, with thousands of students from Fiji expected to attend.
