Satish Shah, the actor, best known for his roles in Main Hoon Na and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai has passed away due to kidney failure at the age of 74.
Satish Shah also featured in projects such as Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Hero No. 1, and Fanaa, among others.
He was last seen on the big screen in the 2014 release, Humshakals.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bollywood Hritik Roshan, Karan Johar, R Madhavan and Anupan Kher among others have paid their tribute.
Satish Shah will be cremated today.
