Sakiusa Sokotukivei wins gold in the Senior Boys Shot Put for Naiyala HIgh School

Sakiusa Sokotukivei has won a gold medal for the senior boys shot put after a throw of 13.29 metres for Naiyala High School from Tailevu in the 2024 Coca-Cola Games.

Sokotukivei says the students and teachers have sacrificed their time during the training and preparation for the Coke Games and he is dedicating the win to his school.

The 400 metres heats start this hour while the 100 metres finals start at 3.55pm today.
