Sai Prema Foundation recognized for their hard work by the Indian govt

The Sai Prema Foundation Fiji which has been working hard to assist Fijians affected by COVID-19 and TC Yasa have been recognized for their contribution by the Indian Government.

The Foundation has been given the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman award 2021 by the President of India.

They are among 4 international organisations who were awarded for their outstanding community service which is the highest award conferred to organisations outside of India.

Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi addressed the convention.

The Sai Prema Foundation has so far assisted 7,000 people affected by TC Yasa and are looking to assist more families.

They also distributed more than 250,000 meal packs to the needy families in Fiji under their Sai Annapoorna initiative last year.
