Scott Robertson has put his trust in Damian McKenzie at first five-eiqhth after electing to make 13 positional changes to his run-on team for the All Blacks' final test of the vear against Wales in Cardiff on Sunday morning.

Ruben Love has been listed to start at fullback, and may be asked to transfer into the playmaking role late in the test match, with Will Jordan shifting from that role to the right wing as Robertson has rotated his squad, as expected after the defeat to England in London last weekend.

Captain Scott Barrett will again start at lock alongside Fabian Holland, who was scratched at late notice last week because of illness.

Blindside flanker Simon Parker, Barrett and Jordan are the only members of the run-on XV from last week to be asked to play in the starting team in Cardiff.

While securing the Grand Slam crown is no longer possible for the All Blacks, England saw to that by beating them 33-19, the fixture at Millennium Stadium provides the tourists with a chance to right some wrongs and add a ray of sunshine to what would have been a gloomy few days for the New Zealanders.

First five-eighth Beauden Barrett, halfback Cam Roigard and openside flanker Ardie Savea are notable omissions as Robertson has elected to rest them and go elbow-deep into his travelling crew.

No 8 Peter Lakai wasn't considered because of a calf injury, centre Billy Proctor is another to miss the cut.

Rieko loane will make his first appearance of the tour at centre, where he has been paired alongside Anton Lienert-Brown.

The All Blacks play Wales at 3.10am Sunday.

All Blacks: Ruben Love, Will Jordan, Rieko loane, Anton Lienert-Brown, Caleb Clarke, Damian McKenzie, Cortez Ratima, Wallace Sititi, Du'Plessis Kirifi, Simon Parker, Fabian Holland, Scott Barrett (captain), Pasilio Tosi, Samisoni Taukeiaho, Tamaiti Williams.

Reserves: George Bell, Fletcher Newell, George Bower, Josh Lord, Christian Lio-Willie, Finlay Christie, Leicester Fainga'anuku, Sevu Reece.
