Robinson and Papalii likely to miss Super Rugby Trans-Tasman final

Influential loose forwards Tom Robinson and Dalton Papalii are not likely to feature for the Blues this weekend when they face the Highlanders in the Super Rugby Trans-Tasman final.

Both forwards left the field of play last weekend due to injuries.

Robinson suffered a head knock while Papalii suffered a hip injury in their 31-21 victory over the Western Force on Saturday night.

Coach Leon MacDonald says they were consistent for four weeks in their performance, and to have a home final is going to be special.

The Blues will host the Highlanders at 7.05pm Saturday.
