Ginna Choi, Logamarcino Baules and Peniasi Delai, who were allegedly found with methamphetamine in Rewa Street, Suva in September this year will have their bail hearing on Friday.
The three appeared before Magistrate Yogesh Prasad this morning.
Their lawyers have also asked the court if the Investigating Officer could be present for cross examination as well.
Magistrate Prasad questioned Baules on why he had bandages on his arm, Baules replied that it was from a fight in the Suva Remand Centre and they are defensive wounds.
When asked if he wanted to press charges, Baules said no.
The three will also appear before the court on 18th November to take their plea.
