Reece drops to the bench as Bridge returns for the Crusaders

Sevu Reece will make way for the returning George Bridge as the Crusaders prepare to take on the Highlanders in the Super Rugby Aotearoa this Friday.

Reece will drop to the bench with Bridge who ripped his pectoral muscle while on international duty with the All Blacks last year starting on the wing.

George Bower has also been named on the bench.

Scott Barrett will once again captain the side with Codie Taylor, Sam Whitelock, Richie Mo’unga, David Havili, Jack Goodhue and Will Jordan also in the run on side.

The Crusaders take on the Highlanders at 6.05pm Friday while the Blues play the Hurricanes at 6.05pm Saturday.
