Ravalawa scores as Dragons beat Eels 26-12

Fiji born Mikaele Ravalawa scored a try for the St George Illawarra Dragons as they moved up to fourth place in the NRL standings after defeating the Paramatta Eels 26-12 last night.

This is the Dragons fourth win from 5 games this season.

The Dragons dominated the match scoring 3 unanswered tries in the first half from Ravalawa, Jack Bird and Matthew Dufty to give them an 18-0 lead at the break.

Dufty scored his second try in the 70th minute of the game to seal the victory for the visitors.

The Eels points came from tries to Isaiah Papali'i and Clinton Gutherson.

In other results, the Cowboys beat the Wests Tigers 34-30.

This week, the Broncos will take on the Panthers at 9.50pm Thursday, the Knights will face the Sharks at 8pm Friday, the Storm will play the Roosters at 9.55pm Friday, the Sea Eagles will take on the Titans at 5pm Saturday, the Rabbitohs will play the Wests Tigers at 7.30pm Saturday, the Raiders will play the Eels at 9.35pm Saturday, the Warriors will take on the Dragons at 4pm Sunday and the Cowboys will face the Bulldogs at 6.05pm Sunday.
