Speaker of Parliament, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau has welcomed SODELPA MP Niko Nawaikula back into parliament.
Ratu Epeli says the Court of Disputed Returns has ruled that in removing Nawaikula's name from the Register of Voters, the actions of the Supervisor of Elections were unlawful, disproportionate and wrongful.
He says as a result of that, Nawaikula is reinstated as an MP, with full recognition, remuneration and benefits.
