Miss Taras Supermarket Vasenai Rabo is the Vodafone Tebara 2023 Carnival Queen.

She says participating as a Queen contestant in the carnival wasn't easy for her as she had to balance her studies and training.

An emotional Rabo acknowledged the great support from her parents, who have been with her from day 1.

Rabo also won the Best Personality Award, Best Talent Award, Best Traditional Attire Award, and Miss Charity Award.

While officiating at the crowning, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Professor Biman Prasad acknowledged the Queen contestants for using their knowledge, wisdom, and courage to advocate on the subject of clean environment during the 8 day Carnival.

He says Syria Park where the carnival is held, holds significant importance to many and it's great to hold such events at this area where people from different backgrounds come together.

Professor Prasad acknowledged the Tebara Carnival Committee for a successful event.

Miss Pak N Save Supermarket Faaizah Shahina is the 2nd runner up while Miss Nausori Town Council Ana Lule Raogo is the 1st runner up.

Contestants: Miss Taras Supermarket Vasenai Rabo, Miss Nausori Town Coucil Ana Lule Raogo, Miss Rewa Pharmacy Nitika Neha, Miss Kriss Amusement Shaiya Siya Kumar, Miss Nausori Plaza Priyashna Payal Prasad, and Miss Pak N Save Supermarket Faaizah Shahina.
