Swire Shipping Fijian Drua fullback Sikeli Rabitu has been named in the Sports World Fiji under-20 squad for the upcoming Junior Rugby World Cup that will kick off in South Africa next week.

Rabitu has also been named as the Vice Captain and will assist utility backrower Nalani May who will captain the side.

Coach Apisai Sailada says preparations for the tournament have been going well and they anticipate a good tournament.

He says they have so much depth in the team and he is confident the boys will deliver some good results.

Captain Nalani May says this year's training has been tough because of the competition between the players.

May says that having players such as Rabitu in the squad provides that strict weapon across the field if he dictates the game well.

The former Marist Brothers High School deputy head boy was in the squad last year and has made the squad again this year.
