Ratu Kadavulevu School and 2019 Tailevu Zone 100 metres Champion Kolinio Radrudru will have to work harder as competitions will come down hard on him from other sprinters in this year’s Coca-Cola Games.

The former Suva Grammar School student won the 100 metres final for Grammar last year in the Intermediate Boys and this year he clocked a manual time of 10.95 seconds for RKS in the Senior Boys 100 metres final of the Tailevu Zone.

His biggest competition could come from Ratu Sukuna Memorial School and Suva Zone 1 100 metres Champion Vereniki Koroi who clocked a manual time of 10.71 in their zone meet.

Other major competitions will come from Sila Central College Sprinter William Joji who ran a manual time of 10.98 seconds in the Triple N Zone to win their 100 metres event.

Viliame Rekiti-lako of Marist Brothers High School is also a contender as he also clocked a manual time of 10.98 seconds to win the Suva Zone 2 100 metres final.

Nemani Mudreilagi of Natabua clocked a manual time of 11.25 seconds and should not be counted out from the National Blue Ribbon event in the Coca-Cola Games.

The Coca Cola Games will be held from the 16th to the 18th of this month.
