Ratu Kadavulevu School U16 open-side flanker Ratu Tevita Lewaravu has been a standout this season with his strong runs and solid defence, making him a key player to watch in today’s Vodafone Super Deans semi-final against Suva Grammar School.

The 16-year-old, son of former Flying Fijians lock Wame Lewaravu, hails from Bukuya in Ba with maternal links to Volivoli in Sigatoka.

He says he is ready to help RKS secure a spot in the final despite challenges during training.

Lewaravu admits Grammar will be tough opposition, but says the team is prepared to counter the Lions.

RKS will face Grammar at 12.10pm at Buckhurst Park.

In the other semi-final, Gospel High School will face Marist Brothers High School at 11.20am at HFC Bank Stadium.

Meanwhile, Suva Grammar is leading Marist 5-3 in the first U14 semi final at Buckhurst Ground.

In the second semi final, QVS will meet Lelean Memorial School at 9am at the HFC Bank Stadium.

In the U18 Vodafone Super Deans semi-final at the HFC Bank Stadium, Nasinu Secondary will take on Natabua High School at 3.30pm, and Suva Grammar School will take on Ratu Kadavulevu School at 5pm.
