RKS and Tailevu North retain Tailevu Zone titles

Ratu Kadavulevu School and Tailevu North College have retained their titles in the boys and girls division of the Coca-Cola Tailevu Zone.

RKS won the boys’ division with 24 gold, 26 silver and 16 bronze, Queen Victoria School finished second with 19 gold, 15 silver and 11 bronze and Tailevu North settled for third place with 4 gold, 7 silver and 10 bronze.

In the girls' division, Tailevu North College won 22 gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze, Saint Vincent College finished second with 11 gold, 13 silver and 17 bronze, while Dawasamu Secondary School settled for third place with 7 gold, 10 silver and 12 bronze.

Senirusi Rauqe of QVS won the overall best male athlete after winning 3 gold medals in the senior boys 100 metres, 200 metres and 4x100 metres events.

Wainibuka Secondary School's Litia Navitikula won the overall best female athlete award after winning 3 gold medals in the senior girls 400 metres, 800 metres and 4x400 metres events.
