Principals from various schools around the country are currently taking part in the 2025 Fiji Principals Conference at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.

President of the Fiji Principals Association, Kamlesh Prasad, says the conference is held twice a year, and these events will focus on sharing ideas, showcasing school-based programmes, and learning from external speakers who will present on the theme of the conference.

The President says they are expecting more than 80 principals to attend the conference.

He says this year the Chief Guest for the event is Leane Otene, President of the New Zealand Principals Federation, and the Oceania/Asia Pacific Representative of the International Confederation of Principals.

The conference is a two-day event with the theme - "Thresholds of Leadership - Shaping the Future of Education."
