With pre-poll completed, Police officers are being deployed to assist the Fijian Elections Office on the 14th of December.
Police says manpower and resources from their headquarters and other units are being pushed forward to supplement Divisional efforts to continue the momentum of the special General Elections and routine operations.
They say officers are being pushed forward to supplement Divisional operations as we are into the festive season, and there is an increase of social activities and engagements taking place.
