The Fiji Police Force is calling on anyone who has information about a message circulating about a child who was given a spiked drink earlier this month to come forward with information or call the Crime Stoppers line on 919.

Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says while there is a mention of the matter being reported to the Police, no report has been lodged at the Lami, Totogo, Raiwaqa, Samabula, Valelevu, Nasinu or Nausori Police Stations.

The message is being shared in many groups about an alleged incident that happened to a girl who went to the bean cart at the Suva Bus Stand with the intention to buy a bottle of juice.

It is alleged that a boy then sold her a bottle of juice for $1.

She then took a small sip in the bus and by the time she reached school, she felt dizzy.

The parent says her teachers called and reported that she looks like she is drunk and they even called the Police.

It is alleged that her drink was spiked.

Police urge anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers or their nearest Police Station.
