Police Blue still have a chance to retain Marist 7s title

Police blue in action at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s Yesterday afternoon.

Defending champion Police Blue still have the chance to retain their Fiji Bitter Marist 7s title after beating Dominion Brothers Blue 26-7 in the pre-elimination rounds last night.

Police Blue won one of their three pool matches yesterday by beating Naviavia Gladiators 45-0 but lost to Yamacia 14-5 and FSD Barbarians 14-7.

Favourites Police White, Fire, Raiwasa Taveuni, Dominion Brothers, FDS Barbarians and Tabadamu breezed through their pool games unbeaten and secured their places in today's elimination round.

Other teams that have secured their place in the elimination round are Samurai Navatulevu, Wardens Gold, Navutulevu, Uprising, Yasawa, Maravu Taveuni, Yamacia, Nabouwalu Selection, Dritabua Cavaliers, Pac Warriors Nairai.
